We understand that many dislike shopping for swimwear. As women we can be the hardest on ourselves. Before you exchange your Olivia London piece, ask yourself what mood was I in when I originally tried it on? Did I try it on after having the biggest meal of the day? We get it! Sometimes it’s best to step in that bikini first thing in the morning, when you aren’t feeling so weighed down. Maybe even after having a great workout. If you truly aren’t feeling it we will be happy to find a piece that will make you feel like you can conquer the world.
We will exchange your order and/or repair any item received damaged. We offer exchanges only if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email swim@olivialondonswimwear.com to initiate your exchange. Please include why you are unhappy with the product. If it’s fit we can suggest a piece that works best for your body type.
We are sure we have something to fit your silhouette that will make you feel amazing while laying poolside.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
- Items must have all tags and hygienic strips in place for an exchange.
- Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- We do not offer refunds
- We are not responsible for items stolen or lost after we have shipped your product.
